Returns and Exchanges

While we hope that you love everything you order from us, returning or exchanging an item couldn't be easier.  Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received the order to return or exchange it.

 

RETURNS

Wolf and Byrd accepts returns in two instances:

 

Situation 1: When you simply change your mind after trying the item at home.

In this situation, please contact customer care at hello@wolfandbyrd.com within 14 days of receiving your item(s) with your order details, and specify the item(s) (if order includes more than one item) that you wish to return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs which will not be refunded by Wolf and Byrd.  We recommend that you insure your return shipment and use a traceable shipment method.  Wolf and Byrd will not be liable for any damaged or lost goods in transit. As such, please retain a copy of your return shipment information.

Please ensure your item(s) are returned new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, without any scents, stains or marks, and with all original garment tags attached.  As such, please take care when trying on items.  Returns or exchanges that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Once we receive and inspect the return shipment, please allow 14 business days from the date of receipt of your item(s) to process returns and refunds. If your return meets our policy, a refund for the item(s) will be provided to the original payment method.  Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Wolf and Byrd.  Please note that original shipping is non-refundable. 

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Please note that products sold as Discount, Sales or Markdown items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Situation 2: Manufacturing Defect

While we take all necessary measures to ensure our quality control checks are sound, manufacturing defects may occur in the normal course of business. In such cases, please contact customer care at hello@wolfandbyrd.com immediately upon receipt and detection of defective item(s). 

Our customer care team will provide you with the necessary instructions to return the defective item(s).  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs which will be refunded by Wolf and Byrd.  We recommend that you insure your return shipment and use a traceable shipment method. Wolf and Byrd will not be liable for any damaged or lost goods in transit.  As such, please retain a copy of your return shipment information, and provide us with a copy of the shipping payments so that we can process a return shipment refund.

Once we receive and inspect the return shipment for the alleged defects, please allow 14 business days from the date of receipt of your item(s) to process returns, and refunds or exchanges. If your return meets our policy, you will have one of two options. 

  • Option 1: You can opt for a refund for the defective item(s) which will be provided to the original payment method.
  • Option 2: Depending on stock availability of the purchased size or colour, you can opt to receive an exchange of the same item. In this case, shipping to you will be complimentary.  If stock is unavailable in the size or colour originally purchased, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Wolf and Byrd. Please note that original shipping is non-refundable.

SHIPPING IN CASE OF DEFECTS

Shipping is complimentary on returns or exchanges due to manufacturing defects only.  Please note that items which are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

 

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a relatively flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience simpler.  We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your Wolf and Byrd account, or future orders being refused.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only permitted for size swaps.  At present, we are unable to accept exchanges to other styles/designs or colours.  If your desired size is no longer available, you can initiate a refund request by contacting customer care at hello@wolfandbyrd.com. You have 14 days from the date you received the order to return or exchange it.

Size Exchanges

We encourage our customers to consult our size guide and product fit information before selecting a size.  If needed, please feel free to reach out to our customer care team at hello@wolfandbyrd.com for more size or fit information before making your purchase.

In the event you do need to initiate a size exchange, please send your request to our customer care team at hello@wolfandbyrd.com.  Please note that each order will only be allowed one size exchange, and it can be for one or multiple items depending on the initial order placed.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days after the receipt of the returned item(s).

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
